Customer Safety Guidelines

General

  1. Parents/Guardians are expected to keep an eye on their children at all times. Our staff are unable to supervise all the children at once.

  2. We clean and sanitise the playground regularly to ensure it is always clean and hygienic.

  3. In the event of an emergency or injury, a first aid kit and emergency contact numbers are available.

  4. It is compulsory to wear socks in the playground for extra hygiene purposes.

COVID-19

  1. It is mandatory for children 5 years old and above to wear a mask on the premises.

  2. Please check in with your MySejahtera application.

  3. Always maintain a 1-meter physical distance from others.

  4. Customers that are allowed to enter:

  • Fully vaccinated (1 dose of Johnson&Johnson or CanSino + 28 days; 2 doses of Pfizer BioNTech, AstraZeneca, Sinovac, Sinopharm or Moderna + 14 days)

  • ‘Low Risk No Symptom’ health status on the MySejahtera application

  • Children below 12 accompanied by fully vaccinated parents/guardians
